She came back to Milan and, with some colleagues, founded Studio Platypus: since then, she has been working as an illustrator and a Paper Art and comic strip artist. She also creates workshops and Activity (games and activities for the publishing industry, mostly dedicated to art teaching). She worked for ArtAttack magazine, Bulgarini, Giunti, Franco Cosimo Panini, Eli la spiga, Larus and some advertising agencies. She is currently working on “Lost in translation, storie di didattica multiculturale e altri disastri” (“Lost in translation, stories of multicultural teaching and other catastrophes”, published by Verticalismi, the Guardian Witness and soon to be seen on 64_ Pagé, Belgium), the first Italian comic book entirely created through paper crafting. She is an experienced author and is currently creating an interactive book for Edizioni Piuma (coming out in December) and an app for ARAI (the Regional Agency for International Adoptions) in collaboration with the University of Turin.
She has been a board member of the Illustrators’ Association from 2008 to 2010 and its vice president from 2015 to 2016; she is currently an Illustrators’ Association ambassador for comics and the courses contact person.
